Hampshire Ham with Noodles


⅓ C butter, melted
½ C flour
3 C chicken broth
1 T instant onion
1 T prepared mustard
1 T lemon juice
¼ t pepper
1 lb ham, cubed
1 10-oz pkg chopped broccoli
1 C sour cream
1 12-oz pkg egg noodles

In a large saucepan combine butter and flour.  Add chicken broth and onions; bring to a boil, cook 2-3 minutes.  Blend in mustard, lemon juice, pepper.  Add ham and broccoli; heat thoroughly.  Just before serving.  Stir in sour cream.  Cook noodles according to package directions.  Serve with ham and broccoli sauce.  Makes 6 (1¾ c) servings.
