1 lb spaghetti noodles
6 tbsp butter/margarine
3 medium tomatoes, peeled & chopped (more is good!)
¼ c sliced green onion (optional)
2 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Prepare remaining ingredients in a large serving bowl. Drain pasta. Toss hot spaghetti with butter, tomatoes, green onion, basil, salt, pepper, (and optional ½ c grated parmesan cheese). Serve immediately. 6-8 servings.
