4 eggs
1/4 t salt
2 C flour
2 1/4 C milk
1/4 C melted butter
1/4 t salt

Combine ingredients in blender jar. Blend for about 1 minute. Scrape down sides with rubber spatula and blend for another 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a batter bowl from which you can pour into small non-stick frying pan. Pour about 1/4 cup into frying pan and tip pan around coating bottom. Fry until small bubbles form and begin to pop. Turn over with turner, and finish the other side. Turn onto serving platter. Serve with any desired topping. Our favorite is sprinkling white sugar and rolling it up. (This is a small batch.)
